We provide an advanced software package for you to manage your various estates with their residential units and tenants historically.

When using a “polluter pays” disposal system (waste locks), container locations are assigned to the estates and the residential units are provided with chips to unlock the waste lock for waste disposal at the location assigned to them. The management ofthese container locations and of the chips is also possible with MAWIS EM.
