Truck body scale

body scale
body scale

The truck body scale weighs the whole structure before and after container tipping to determine the weight of the tipped waste.

Its greatest advantage is that weight can always be captured independently of the lifter. This scale can be used even for bulk waste.

However, since wind and vibrations can also cause the weight of the structure to “press” on the load cells, this scale cannot be used at the same fine graduation as a lifter scale. The truck body scale is therefore calibrated at 10kg or 20kg increments and is primarily of interest for lifting and tipping containers from 1,100 litres upwards wherean accuracy of 10kg is often sufficient.

Technical data:

Max: 1 t to 30 t
Accuracy class:III, number of calibration values per partial weighing range ≤ 2000
IIII, number of calibration values per partial weighing range ≤ 1000
Temperature range:-10°C to +40°C
Tilt:≤ 15 % (corrected by tilt sensor)
