1. Transponder (chip) to identify the waste bin

The MOBA transponders are available in special packing for all bins and container types deployed in the waste disposal market.

The state-of-the-art transponders used by MOBA comply with the current recommendations of the BDE and have proven for more than 15 years to be fail-safe, reliable, robust and longterm adhesive. The bins and containers are equipped with transponders and electronically assigned to the owner in a database, so that all emptyings can be assigned and accounted accurately.

Our safe and easy assignment method makes possible for you to equip and assign the waste bins yourself.

Of course, you can also entrust this work to us, our experienced teams of MOBA.

2. Vehicle equipment with identification system (optional with scale to capture weight)

The above-average reading range, proven reliability and long life as well as easy operation of the MOBA vehicle equipment result from the fact that MOBA does not simply buy and install commercially available components but develops and optimizes all electronic devices as required by the waste disposal market. This also guarantees long-term product support for the customer.

Vehicle equipment includes:

Optionally:

The electronic devices communicate with each other via a controller area network (CAN), as is usual in commercial vehicles.

The vehicle equipment captures automatically:

  • Emptying data (transponder number, date and time, if necessary net weight)
  • Geo-coordinates

Further data can be entered by the vehicle personnel, either at the on-board computer or at an external terminal.

All identification/weighing components can be fitted as an assembly to the lifter system, allowing easy transfer to another vehicle by simply disconnecting and reconnecting the CAN plug.

The on-board computer can be left where it is needed - with the driver in the cabin.

3. Data carriers and/or radio data transmission

The data recorded by the vehicle equipment can be transmitted to the office for evaluation by using either mobile data carriers or radio data transmission services such as GSM, GPRS or W-LAN.

4. Waste management software for data maintenance, evaluation, planning and accounting

The waste management software β€œMAWIS EM disposal management” helps to maintain all master data, to plan and evaluate routes, to support route updates, to communicate with the vehicle and to create fee notices.
