  1. The tenants identify themselves at the waste lock or the container with their
    own ident key and throw their waste into the lock.
  2. The data are read out manually with an infrared hand-held terminal or
    continuously on-line by means of a GMS radio module or a radio modem.
  3. The data are transferred to the management and billing software.
    Extensive statistical evaluations are available for analysis.
  4. The fee notice is sent to the tenants or the invoice is sent to the owner of the flat.
