Effective leveling system for Grader - GS-506
The GS-506 is a flexible leveling system, specifically developed for use on motor graders and dozers.
With information coming from sonic sensors, laser skis, rotary sensors or even 3D sensing systems, the GS-506 allows the automated production of a plane with a high degree of exactness.
Special features of the GS-506:
- Modular architecture that allows establishing scalable support addressing the needs of the system
- With a powerful controller up to four hydraulic channels can be controlled
- Eight different sensors can be connected and their signals implemented to the control
- Automatic calibration features
- Pro-Active control of the blade thanks to cross-coupling algorithm
- Use of the Sonic Ski® with five sonic sensors smoothens the distance signal when ground is used as reference.
In case of a wire as reference for elevation control, tracking of the wire is eased with the Sonic Ski. - With the LS-3000 as a height sensor, millimeter exactness is reached with reduced setting-out demand.
- Interfaces to all known valve types
- 3D compliant
- CAN-compliant and therefore ease of cabling
Experience and references:
The GS-506 is the successor to the well known GS-496,
implying all its features and enhanced by the experience
and the technological advances that have taken place
since the introduction of the GS-496.
